Kat Hitchcock, LEAD REALTOR®, GRI, Hitchcock and Associates, A Texas Native, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Corporate Communications & Business Foundations. Kat spent seven years working in the advertising and marketing industry which she credits with her ability to negotiate, her creative problem-solving skills and her ability to market her listings. Over the past several years she has achieved a reputation in Santa Barbara for providing quality Real Estate service based on integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. She believes no job is too small and no task is unattainable.

 

Chris Snowden, Wealth Advisor/Partner, Channel Wealth, specializes in working with clients who are in transition, such as those navigating career changes, business succession or retirement.  His experience in running and working with small businesses provides insight into some of the challenges that people face while preparing for retirement.

He began his financial career in the capital markets working in alternative investments in the Managed Futures space followed by more traditional investment management at UBS Financial Services, Inc.  Prior to this, Chris was national sales manager for his family business Snowden Vineyards in Napa Valley, California. He holds an MBA in Finance from The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from UCSB and holds FINRA Series 3, 7 and 66 licenses.

 

Mark Schniepp, Ph.D., directs the California Economic Forecast in Santa Barbara. The company prepares forecasts and economic commentary on the regional economies of California. He also prepares economic analysis and county level forecasts for Caltrans and other organizations.

 

 

Liam Murphy, Partner, Hayes Commercial Group, consistently exceeds client expectations with service marked by integrity, knowledge, and clear communication.

His experience in brokerage, development, and project management provides him with insight into the subtleties of each real estate transaction. Liam has completed more than 750 transactions valued at a total of $250 million and encompassing 2.5 million square feet of space for his office, retail, and industrial clients. In addition, he has secured more than $40 million in occupancy-related savings for national clients, allowing them to focus on their core business and invest those savings to generate greater revenue for their companies.

Before going into commercial real estate full time, Liam served for two years as a youth pastor at Montecito Covenant Church. He is a proud husband and father to three energetic boys and devotes much of his free time to coaching youth baseball, soccer, and basketball. He previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for CALM and supports numerous philanthropic ventures.
