“Addressing Change Fatigue and Burnout: strategies to improve well-being”
Studies show that the pace of change has increased 400% in the past decade, and as a result, people’s ability to embrace change has dropped significantly. Further, change fatigue impacts the success of your organization with symptoms that include disengagement, emotional exhaustion, reduced productivity, absenteeism, increased stress and anxiety, as well as increased conflict between individuals and teams. When not appropriately managed, ongoing change fatigue leads to burnout, which leaches people’s sense of accomplishment and the ability to feel or express compassion. In this session, we will explore the symptoms of change fatigue and burnout as well as give you specific strategies for addressing both in your organization. You will leave with strategies to boost well-being for yourself and those you lead.
